I bought primarily for the grease, the photo shows a 40g tub but when it arrived it only contained a 5g tube. I’m sure that would be enough for just the ball bearings but i needed more.

Small Scale –
Bought 3 of these to service the bottom brackets on 3 bikes. Each packet contains 24 one-quarter inch ball bearings, which is enough to do 1 bottom bracket. I much prefer using loose bearings as you can get 11 loose bearings into each side of the bracket, rather than just 9 bearings that you get in those pre-installed bearing cages. Weldtite give you 24 bearings (i.e. 12 for each side of the crank, so I guess they’re assuming you’ll drop a couple during installation !).The lithium grease is a little insubstantial tbh, so best if you have your own bike grease as well to liberally pack into the bracket – plenty of YouTube material out there to help you.First impressions are good in that the pedals spin freely and silently. So an easy 5 star for the price.

I ordered these ball bearings with grease to service my rear wheel hub. The grease had dried out and the wheel was not spinning smoothly. I saw this product with the bearings AND grease. It did a great job, i was able to service my hub and regrease it to install the new ball bearings. There was still plenty of grease left.

Used these to replace my old mountain bike rear wheel bearings.They have been operating without problems ever since.Smooth rear wheel as I cycle.The grease was just enough for the job, although I added more from another grease pack I had at home.No complaints.
