Fantastic got this for my daughters wheelchair. So quick and love the fact it auto stops at correct pressure. Small so easy to carry on her chair, to be honest it’s been a game changer for her, so much easier.
Spends too much. –
Used this for the first time today and it worked well.It is noisy and gets louder the more pressure it’s pushing in, so it was loud at the start getting louder and louder as pressure was going in. The noise is not a big deal as it’s quick to inflate.Instructions are clear and there’s a bag for it.However, caution. There’s an Schrader Valve Adapter include with a small rubber washer insert. This little washer creates an air tight seal with the value. It’s small and on disconnecting from the valve the washer came out. Now if that washer had got lost, just fallen to the ground, the whole pump would be useless. Surprisingly, the pump comes with spares so… It’s a known problem so be careful taking off the connection.Having said that it worked well. Just be careful attaching and especially detaching the nozzle.

I have had this product for just under 13 months. I got in touch with Cyclplus (Stephen) as it had developed a fault (not enough pressure being delivered) He asked me to do a video and email him, which I did. After such, he agreed the unit was faulty and at this time of writing he has arranged a new replacement (next model up as well) to be sent. Very very good support and fantastic communication at all times. The actual product, I have only given 3 stars, which is a fair assessment, given it wasn’t used much and failed as quick. Hopefully it will have been a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon one ! I didn’t expect this level of aftercare tbh. Outstanding! 10/10

Fast & easy to use. Only downside is that they last around 18mths which is just outside of the warranty for replacement or repair.

Works well but be very careful you don’t lose the rubber ‘o’ ring seal from the tube that attaches to the gadget itself. Luckily you are supplied with two spares. The pump is useless without this seal. Best bet is to secure the tube to the pump and then leave it alone – don’t keep unscrewing it. Yes it does sound like a pneumatic drill – but that’s ok.Just wear ear-muffs.
