  • Q: Can these cycling shoes work with other cleats for Road cycling?
  • A: Yes, they can. You can unstall the delta cleats and install your own Shimano SPD, SPD-SL, LOOK KEO cleats.

  • Q: If there are accessories missing, how can I do?
  • A: The bike shoes comes with 9° Delta cleats pre-installed. If any accessories missing, please let us know to resolve for you.

  • Q: The pre-installed cleats are compatible with Peloton bike, why can’t I clip into the bike pedals?
  • A: If this is your first time clipping in the bike and having difficulty, you can adjust the tension located on the back of pedals. If too hard to clip in: using the 3 mm Allen key to turn the screws toward the minus sign, so that you can loosen the pedal tension. Then try clipping in. If too easy to clip in: tighten the pedal tension to try it.

  • Q: What to do if the size is not right?
  • A: If you feel not quite right after receiving the product, you can directly return it or exchange it, if there is an extra cost, you can let us know to deal with it.

    I bought this shoe to use on my Peloton bike . It is easy to fasten when worn . The cleats came attached when it was delivered . I would suggest that you tighten the bios in the cleats once you get them as mine came loose after a few uses. Once I tightened then it was absolutely fine . I would day for indoor use on an exercise hike it is perfect . Easy to wear and stiff enough when you stand on the pedals . I would recommend it as it good value for the price

    I ordered a peloton recently but knew I didn’t want to pay their prices for shoes so apprehensively set out on Amazon to find some.These seemed to have a good reviews so I took a gamble. They arrived in great condition with the cleats attached, very clear instructions inside and the tool to loosen/tighten if needed.The cleats fit the bike perfectly and I didn’t need to make any adjustments the first few rides, I have since tightened them as they did become ever so slightly slippy.The addition of velcro with the tightening strap is useful, though I won’t lie it took me a few attempts to work out how to undo the buckle & tighten them up.I went up half a size from my usual shoe fitting and these fit perfectly, my feet don’t ever feel cramped during an long ride.
